NABP e-Profile: What Every Pharmacist Needs to Know in 2026

The NABP e-Profile is the central credential repository for pharmacists in the United States. Understanding how it works — and keeping it current — is essential for multi-state practitioners.

What the e-Profile contains

Your NABP e-Profile stores: NAPLEX and MPJE scores, licensure information from participating states, CPE Monitor CE records, pharmacy internship hours, and disciplinary actions.

CPE Monitor

CPE Monitor is the national CE tracking system integrated into your e-Profile. Most ACPE-accredited CE providers submit credits directly to CPE Monitor. When renewing in states that use CPE Monitor reporting, your transcript is pulled directly from your e-Profile.

MPJE score storage

MPJE scores are stored in your e-Profile and can be transferred to states during license applications. MPJE scores expire — typically 2 years from the exam date in most states.

Keeping your e-Profile current

Update your e-Profile when you: move to a new address, get licensed in a new state, complete CE, or receive a disciplinary action. Inaccurate contact information can cause you to miss renewal notices from state boards that rely on NABP data.

e-Profile ID

Your NABP e-Profile ID is a unique identifier used across state licensure applications. Create your e-Profile at nabp.pharmacy if you don’t have one yet.
