Disclaimer

RxByState provides regulatory and administrative pharmacy law data for informational purposes only. It is not a legal service and does not constitute legal advice. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant state board of pharmacy before taking action.

RxByState is a research and data platform. We track pharmacy law requirements, continuing education mandates, renewal windows, and regulatory alerts across all 50 US states. We are not attorneys, and nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or a legal opinion.

RxByState is not a clinical platform. We do not provide clinical advice, medication guidance, dosing recommendations, prescribing support, or patient care guidance of any kind. We are not a drug database, formulary, or clinical decision support tool.

Data on this platform is collected from official sources — state board of pharmacy websites, official state publications, NABP notices, and DEA Federal Register filings. Our research team monitors these sources continuously and updates data when rules change. Every data point shows a verification date so you know when it was last confirmed.

For compliance decisions with regulatory consequences — license renewals, CE filings, or board submissions — we recommend verifying the specific requirement directly with your state board before proceeding.
